LAX Models was, however they are not anymore. LAX Models was licensed under the name Model Democracy, LLC. That company is now dissolved.

Model Democracy, LLC. was owned by Scott Reedy, a douchebag producer from Las Vegas. He dissolved that company.

However that being said, Sophia Santi owned the license. It was in her name.

The VIP Connect, LAX Models and Metro Talent Management all were using the same license #. The only problem, they were independently owned and operated and operated agencies.

The law prohibits agencies that are independently owned and operated to share the same license.

Does Shy Love care? Nope.

She now claims that LAX Models and The VIP Connect are one in the same.

The problem with that is, neither are licensed, so that is irrelevant.

Lax Models is not legally licensed to do business in the state of California.

The VIP Connect is not legally licensed to do business in the state of California.

THE VIP CONNECT IS NOT A LICENSED TALENT AGENCY

I don’t know why people still assume that The VIP Connect has a legal license to operate as a talent agency in the state of California. THEY DO NOT.

The VIP Connect is not a legally licensed agency in accordance with the state of California. They are not now, nor have they even been legally able to do business as a talent agency in the state of California.

Anytime anyone tries to question her, she tries to claim that she works in conjunction with LAX MODELS. That is not true. Search LAX MODELS.

But that’s not allowed under the law either. See they operate as two independent agencies – always have. The law is very clear, you may not “share” you license with another agency.

For Shy Love to use the LAX Models license she would have to be an employee, ON PAYROLL WITH TAXES TAKEN OUT OF HER CHECK, of LAX Models. But she’s not. She runs The VIP Connect. LAX Models is now a defunct agency run by her friend and former porn star (now illegal escort agent) Sophia Santi and a producer in Las Vegas named Scott Reedy.

The Law on Talent Agencies

Under California law, a talent agent is not legally able to accept fees/enforce a fee agreement for booking models and performers within California unless the agent is licensed and bonded in California. It does not matter in which state the agency’s office is located; unless the business is licensed and bonded in California, it cannot enforce fee agreements for jobs that took place in California.

Shy Love’s business resides in California, and The VIP Connect operates within the state, booking models and performers for jobs in California.

However, according to the state of California, The VIP Connect is not a licensed talent agency in the state, and Shy is therefore is not able to legally collect fees.

Perhaps that’s something the people on her roster should keep in mind. That also means all of her contracts aren’t valid.

A former client speaks out against Shy Love

Long story short I got in contact with Shy Love via her escort agency ad on craigslist. I wanted to seek escort services and The VIP Connect seemed like a legitimate escort agency. Well I was very wrong.

Instead Shy Love told me I should do nude modeling and this would help with frequency of escort jobs for which she provides and my rates would be much greater.

I drove from Las Vegas to Los Angeles and met her in person. Shy Love told me her business partner is “MARIA” which later turned out to be Sophia Santi and Shy took me down the street for lunch to meet Maria and then she introduced herself as a world renowned Porn Star Sophia Santi and Shy Love made her what she is today.

Next day Shy told me about a photographer and I needed pictures for my “portfolio” and for her site because I didn’t have any pictures at all other than selfies non professional types.

I blocked Shy Love’s number and she found me on facebook using another facebook account. Long Story short she outed me to my family and friends. As a result, I also lost a day job as host at a restaurant at the W hotel in Hollywood.

When Shy Love reads this she will know exactly who this is however there is nothing more she can do to me at this point.

There are a ton of agents in Los Angeles and Las Vegas I urge y’all use anyone except anything from Shy Love. Shy Love tried to ruin my life. Don’t let her do the same to you.
